​What happens if there's a broadcast signal issue?

• Please email info@theSUVtv.com and include the name of the game and a screenshot of the issue you might be experiencing

• While we take steps to prevent any kind of signal interruptions during a live broadcast, any game that experiences an interruption will be made available on demand within 12 hours of the game's completion - a free digital download will also be provided in the event that this occurs.

• Refunds are only issued if the broadcast is not available on demand within 12 hours of the game's completion

Does my purchase include the ability to download the game?​

• Each broadcast pass includes the ability to watch the purchased game(s) live & on Demand - it DOES NOT include a digital download of the game.
